A Case of Intermittent Eag B


Abstract
A c re of intern test exs thalasos . ibserved in a 35 year old Korean womans reported.
For 3 years prior to her visit, she had experienced the occasional episode of exophthalmos
eyeache of left eye and headache, when she held her face bended downward for conferrable period of time.
Visual acuity of the patient was normal, and in her left eye -there could be noticed 2mm of exophthalmos with the upright position and 7mm of exophthalmos with compression of the jugular vein, but no ¢¥bruit or pulsation in the orbit was observed.
Skull x-ray series were normal. Orbital venography was refuse by her
It was decided that posturai and ¢¥behavior precaution I was instructed for prevention of the exophthalmos and no further aggressive regimen was indicated in this case.
